    2. Discuss and act on constituent’s request regarding alleged public-safety and nuisance conditions at Parcel 022-00212-0000 and Parcel 022-00208-0000, including the pending petitions under Wis. Stat. § 254.595; direction to the Town’s designated and delegated Residential Building Inspector, Ryan Gifford of General Engineering Company (GEC), to conduct independent inspections of both parcels, prepare full cost-to-cure and remaining-useful-life analyses, and report recommendations to the Board, including whether raze or repair orders under Wis. Stat. § 66.0413 are warranted.
